Inexplicable Attraction

If people, especially outsiders, were inexplicably attracted to Jesus, is it wrong to think that the Church, Christ's representation and expression to the world, should be a place where people, especially outsiders, are drawn?  If it's not, are we the accurate representatives of Christ?  Just asking...
